Aim and scope: Spor Bilimleri Araştırmaları Dergisi'nin temel amacı, Spor Bilimleri alanına ilişkin güncel gelişmeleri bütüncül ve kapsayıcı bir biçimde inceleyerek bu doğrultuda ortaya çıkan özgün makale ve derlemeleri hedef kitle ile paylaşmaktır.
Değişen ve sürekli bir gelişim içerisinde olan günümüz dünyasında, spor bilimleri çalışmalarına daha bütüncül ve kapsayıcı bir bakış açısıyla yaklaşmak gerekmektedir. Çünkü spor endüstrisi günümüzde birçok farklı alanlardan etkilenebilmektedir. Bu etkileşim ortamında Spor Bilimleri Alanında yapılan nitelikli bilimsel çalışmaları okuyucularla buluşturmak hedeflenmektedir.
